keep in mind i am on a low budget

My absolute favorite is GoDaddy.com, they are as ar as I can tell the cheapest and give you the most stuff. Their economy hosting package gives you so much for only 5 bucks, it’s wicked cheap. The expensive part is the domain name registration, but even that’s cheaper at GoDaddy than anywhere else I’ve seen.

   ICDSoft is the best. Solid uptime and excellent customer support. No empty promises about "unlimited" bandwidth.
