need help in webhosting and others?

I want to open a website but really need some advices and help.
I know basic of dreamweaver n html. And i had created my own designed webpage by dreamweaver, And which webhosting suits my idea below?
Firstly my webpages is just for information not company/business or online store. So which domain should i use (.info or .????) please advice me on this.
Secondly i want to include downloads. (such as allowing anyone to download files or documents from my website for free) do i have to do it or does any webhoster include this feature?
And also i want to include my website with donations.(in certain website, they have a donation corner where visitors might click and donate to them to their account) again does this feature include or i myself do it?( must have secure paypal or credit card transaction.)
Other standerd features like unlimited storage, bandwith and online emails etc.. So which webhosting suits my idea included with domain names? Not focusing on e-commerence thingy.
I tried searching like popular webhosting justhost.com, fatcow, godaddy any many others. But their idea is for more on online shopping. anyone got any other webhosting names that affordable and safe secure and trustworthiness? And please also answer my above first and second questions. Thanks very much for those who answer this.

My recommendation is that you go straight for the .com domain name. You can’t go wrong by using it and it’s the most popular domain name out there when compared to others ( like .info, .biz, .net etc.).
I’m not 100% positive about whether or not web hosts include this feature. Most of it would possibly have to be implemented by you yourself.
Regarding donations, web hosts do not give you the option of this capability (based on my experience) however you can easily visit sites such as paypal etc. which should give you the option to create a Donation button for your website. You will have to sign up with paypal to have access to this feature.
Regarding storage, bandwidth and online emails your web host should provide you with all of these. I have experience with IPAGE and they are not very bad, so you could check them out. Another web hosts I have heard good reviews on is Host Gator. Many web hosts allow you to register your domain with them so you won’t have to worry about that.
