Web Hosting Stuffs

I am looking to build my own website and willing to pay a monthly fee, within reason, but dont want to pay for a full year up front. Does anyone know of a place that will offer a monthly fee without having to pay upfront?

And can you provide examples…

websitesource.com Its a great host, I use it for all my web customers. Has about1000 email accounts, and best of all you can use 4 domain names pointing to 4 separate web sites for your 7.50/month. I think they offer monthly or 3 months at a time. But the 4 domains are all under the one price! good luck.
