I am looking for Free Webhosting, Free PHP and Free MySQL. Can someone point out where do I should start? Which is better?

It’s not free but it’s cheap. And for what you are asking, you don’t want free, I promise. You want cheap. And bluehost is about as cheap as you can get that still provides good service.
