free webhosting service, any out there?

I’m looking for something like yahoo geocitites, or what i used to use, 3host.biz
3host.biz was awesome but went down, it had like 20 gigs storage, free, unlimited bandwith, yeah
webs looks pretty cool, but im more interested in a place to dump and store my files more than anything, something that may have a file manager or whatever, basically so i can acess my files anywhere
