I’m looking for a cheep but good webhosting for a website?
Posted on November 18th, 2009 by admin
I’m a self published author and want a website for my book, I’d like a cheep but good webhosting site.
Along with a standard website, I would also like some type of interaction on my site for example people could leave comments and I could comment back.
thanks for your help!
The best way to create a type of a website which allows comments would be to install WordPress. Just get a web hosting which supports one click installs.
I recommend one of these http://www.webhostingtable.com
Fatcow has the best offer right now.
Their standard price is $88/year
but they have the 50% sale right now.
Disk space: Unlimited
Bandwidth: Unlimited
A Free domain name
Unlimited domains and subdomains
Price: $44/year
They’re one of the oldest hosting companies, founded 1998, they’re also one of the largest, currently hosting about 500,000 websites.
Their hosting plan includes a web builder, so you can create your site just by drag and drop (without any programming), or you could install WordPress (easy, one click install from their control panel), choose a theme that you like, and start adding content.

A free WordPress or blogspot blog might be a good start.

This question is asked a few times everyday so besides who replies to your question, you should also return to Yahoo Answers. The green bar on top with Search for Questions. Click on Advanced Search and filter out the questions asked over two months ago. That way you get the opinions of a few 100 to see what webhosts keep getting mentioned.
