What is the good Webhosting site for me?

Hello guys! I do not have idea what web host for me that fits my meager needs.I have my own static web design which I plan to upload to a web host. I only have Philippine peso 2,000.00 per month budget for the hosting. Also, may I know how can I pay for the hosting? Anyone help please? Thank you!
if you are planning to pay on monthly basis, you can get a reliable web hosting for 1/4 of that budget. you can go for easy CGI they are really reliable..their hosting plan is for $9.95/mo which is nearly phil peso 470..with $0 setup fee (which is great as most web hosting providers charge a setup fee if you choose a monthly payment hosting) and you can pay either by a credit card, a check or paypal.
if you can go for an annual payment which is better than a monthly payment as most web hosting providers give more facilities and extra bonuses for annual plan and it is way much cheaper than monthly payments
i use jump launch which is one of the leading web hosting providers and so far the service is awesome..cheap, reliable and a great tech support which can assist you with whatever you want.
their hosting plan is $60/year which is nearly peso 2824/year with a free domain and google adwards and yahoo credits included (which you will definitely need to promote your website and attract traffic) and you can pay with a credit card

I offer web hosting and accept Paypal, which can be used worldwide.
Am I right in thinking you’re 2,000 pesos is about $40 US? Don’t even consider paying that much!!! We are not the cheapest (by any means) and yet we would only charge $10.95 (Canadian) per month, with an annual fee of $17.95 for the domain registration.

I know it is like a jungle out there with so many webhosts and so many people recommending different things.
If you are having problem choosing a web hosting to use, I suggest you do the following:
1. Go to the webhost review sites such as webhostingjury or webhostinggeeks and list down about 3 common top hosting companies.
2. Next, for each web hosting X, do a “X sucks” search on Google. Read some complaints and see if you may encounter the same problems like them. Some of the complaints may relate to certain groups of users only such as VPS, dedicated server users or resellers. So you may not be affected if you are not from these categories.
3. Eliminate those hostings you feel uncomfortable with, and look for the best bargain hosting for your money.
You can consider Fatcow, Inmotion and Webfaction for a start. All of them you can use credit card to pay. Some even take Paypal.
