What webhosting service will be best for my website?

I`have buikt a "mnini youtube" type website where people can upload their videos to a max length of 30s. I`m planning to go with go daddy`shared hosting but any similar web hosting company that you guys can recommend would be great.
PS Note: I`m looking for shared hosting only to start with and will upgrade to virtual or dedicated server after.

In this case, you should use a webhosting which provide huge or even unlimited web space, because you allow visitor to upload their video. Video size are usually large and will grow by time when more and more visitors visit your site. This will also consume large bandwidth, some webhostings limit this bandwidth, though you can have unlimited web space, but the bandwidth is limited which will slow down or even shut down your site temporarily till the next month when the bandwidth is reset to zero.
